XT-8021 Inorganic Heavy Load Antifreeze Additive Package

This product is silicate liquid additive package and it is used for producing high quality antifreeze fluid. It has excellent ability on cavitation resistance and corrosion pitting and other corrosions. It has good effect on protection of all metal (steel, iron, copper, aluminum, and soldering tin) in engine coolant system. Its service life could be 50,000 kilometers in 2 years.
2 .Standard.
NB/SH/T 0521-2010,JT225-1996 have passed the glassware corrosion, cast aluminum heat corrosion and aluminum pump cavitations' corrosion of new GB/T29743-2013. The content of nitrite and molybdate has reached the standard.
3.Performance.
Appearance: Liquid; Solubilization: Completely soluble in water.
Color: Light yellow; Freezing point: -10ºC
Specific gravity: 20/4ºC: 1.135 Storage Stability: 12 months.
4.Modulation Process.
a.According to the actual freezing point, you need to allocate water- ethylene glycol coolant base fluid stand-by;
b.Add XT-8015 into the base fluid according to the proportion of 20KG per ton, keep mixing stirred for 20 minutes in a room temperature;
c.Add 30g defoamer per ton of base fluid and stirred for 10 minutes;
d.Test the freezing point and boiling point, PH value, foam tendencies and other projects of the product;
e.Filtration (Use filter cloth or filter, the aperture of filter should not exceed 400 sieves per inch;
f.It can be obtained coolant finished product with better corrosion performance.
5.Scope of application.
Suitable for the production of ethylene glycol - Deionized water Coolant. The ethylene glycol is polyester grade and its content is ≥99.9%. Deionized water conductivity: ≤10μS/cm. Caution: Do not doped with other alcohol!
6.Reference Dosage.
Dosage of working fluid: 2.0%; Dosage of concentrated solution : 4%.

8.Package and Storage
This product is packaged in clean, dry and free of leaks of plastic drums. 230KG per drum; 18.4MT per 20ft container. The goods shall be transported in clean, covered vehicles and stored in a cool, clean, ventilated warehouse.

OUR PRODUCTIVITY POWER
The production capacity of ash free dispersant is 15 thousands tons, with a single batch discharge of about 20 tons. It mainly consists of ash free dispersant series such as T151, T154, T161, as well as boronized products. The thermal addition method is used, and compared with the chlorination method, the products do not contain chlorine, making them more environmentally friendly. During the production process, monitoring and analysis are carried out in the central control room to constantly grasp the product status of each production link, such as basic indicators such as acid value, alkali value, viscosity, moisture, etc.
The blending capacity of the composite agent is 3-4 tons per year, ranging from 25 cubic meters to 3 cubic meters. Different kettles can be selected for blending according to demand, from automotive oil to industrial oil, achieving specialized kettles for specific use.

The laboratory has an area of over 300 square meters and is equipped with advanced exhaust and alarm control systems. The experimental platform uses ceramic counter tops, which can be considered high-end products. The laboratory has the ability to fully analyze single agent composite indicators, such as acid-base, anti foaming, copper corrosion, elemental analysis, etc. There are also some performance testing methods, such as simulating crankcases, corrosion, water separation, etc. Equipment such as ICP, salt spray, rotary oxygen bomb, CCS, etc., striving towards CNAS.
