XT- LQC Thermal Conductive Oil Additive Package

DESCRIPTION
This product uses the high-efficiency composite additive with the lowest dosage (0.4% - 0.7%) in the temperature bench test. The brand's medium and high grade organic heat carriers are widely used in Chinese brands.
This product is a highly effective compound, high temperature antioxidant and anti-scaling agent that effectively extend the high temperature anti-oxidant effect. Slow oxidation and thickening of organic heat carriers during operation; the inverse scaling effect can make oxides and polymers produced at high temperatures effective. Dissolve and do not form sediment or viscous material, thus ensuring clean furnace walls and providing excellent heat transfer. Complete resolution of the electric current. The problems of large doses and high production costs of organic heat carriers are of great importance for production enterprises to improve their economic benefits.
Four brands of prepared organic heat carriers, L-QB 280, L-QB 300, L-QC 310, and L-QC 320, have passed the GB/T23800-2009 "Determination of Thermal Stability of Organic Heat Carriers" and GB 23,971-2009 Appendix C "Thermal Oxidation of Organic Heat Carriers". Thermal stability and thermal oxidation stability shall comply with the requirements of GB 23971-2009 "Organic heat carrier". And can reach or exceed the level of similar foreign products. It has excellent thermal stability and oxidation stability. Anti-coking, low-volatility, heat transfer and safety, it can be widely used in the chemical industry, petrochemicals, textile printing and dyeing, grain open or closed heat transfer systems are used in oil food processing, construction, paper making, building materials, pharmaceuticals, household appliances and other industries.

STORAGE
The product should be packed, marked, stored, transported and accepted on delivery according to SH/T0164. The highest temperature should not exceed 75ºC.It is nonflammable, non-explosive and in-corrosive. For long term storage, the temperature should not exceed 45ºC.

OUR PRODUCTIVITY POWER
The production capacity of ash free dispersant is 15 thousands tons, with a single batch discharge of about 20 tons. It mainly consists of ash free dispersant series such as T151, T154, T161, as well as boronized products. The thermal addition method is used, and compared with the chlorination method, the products do not contain chlorine, making them more environmentally friendly. During the production process, monitoring and analysis are carried out in the central control room to constantly grasp the product status of each production link, such as basic indicators such as acid value, alkali value, viscosity, moisture, etc.

The blending capacity of the composite agent is 3-4 tons per year, ranging from 25 cubic meters to 3 cubic meters. Different kettles can be selected for blending according to demand, from automotive oil to industrial oil, achieving specialized kettles for specific use.
OUR LAB
The laboratory has an area of over 300 square meters and is equipped with advanced exhaust and alarm control systems. The experimental platform uses ceramic counter tops, which can be considered high-end products. The laboratory has the ability to fully analyze single agent composite indicators, such as acid-base, anti foaming, copper corrosion, elemental analysis, etc. There are also some performance testing methods, such as simulating crankcases, corrosion, water separation, etc. Equipment such as ICP, salt spray, rotary oxygen bomb, CCS, etc., striving towards CNAS.
