                                        XT-6004 Antiwear Turbine Oil Additive Package

DESCRIPTION
XT-6004 is blended by high performance antioxidants, metal deactivator, preservatives, antiwear additives and many other additives. It could satisfy the requirement of L-TSE turbine oil for oxidation ability, EP ability and antirust ability.
It could blend varies viscosity grades L-TSE turbine oil such as N32, N46, N48. It is suitable for lubrication and sealing of generators, industrial drive devices, and marine gear devices and their supporting control systems that require improvement in gear carrying capacity. Especially suitable for lubrication and sealing of steam gas combined generator sets.

The reference dosage in oil products is 0.4%

STORAGE
The product should be packed, marked, stored, transported and accepted on delivery according to SH/T0164. The highest temperature should not exceed 75ºC.It is non-flammable, non-explosive and in-corrosive. For long term storage, the temperature should not exceed 45ºC.

OUR PRODUCTIVITY POWER
The production capacity of ash free dispersant is 15 thousands tons, with a single batch discharge of about 20 tons. It mainly consists of ash free dispersant series such as T151, T154, T161, as well as boronized products. The thermal addition method is used, and compared with the chlorination method, the products do not contain chlorine, making them more environmentally friendly. During the production process, monitoring and analysis are carried out in the central control room to constantly grasp the product status of each production link, such as basic indicators such as acid value, alkali value, viscosity, moisture, etc.

The blending capacity of the composite agent is 3-4 tons per year, ranging from 25 cubic meters to 3 cubic meters. Different kettles can be selected for blending according to demand, from automotive oil to industrial oil, achieving specialized kettles for specific use.
OUR LAB
The laboratory has an area of over 300 square meters and is equipped with advanced exhaust and alarm control systems. The experimental platform uses ceramic counter tops, which can be considered high-end products. The laboratory has the ability to fully analyze single agent composite indicators, such as acid-base, anti foaming, copper corrosion, elemental analysis, etc. There are also some performance testing methods, such as simulating crankcases, corrosion, water separation, etc. Equipment such as ICP, salt spray, rotary oxygen bomb, CCS, etc., striving towards CNAS.
